The QRing app works great and connectivity is good. Overall a great quality item and compared to premium rings, which may have better features, still less than 10% of the price!. Came within two weeks to UK.

So here is a detailed review. The accuracy of the product is not the beat but you cannot complain considering the price. I made a comparison with my apple watch ultra when I had a rest day and you can see the data attach. (Apple health is from watch, the other black screenshot is from qring app) The step counting is good enough, but the calorie calculation is usually less. The heart rate traing is good when walking or sitting but not good if you are doing a HITT or weight lifting. It doesn’t pick up the fast hearth rate increases, so the average hearth rate is being calculated less. This ends up lower calories calculation. One big problem: apple heath integraion is buggy. If you have your phone and ring together, it usually double counts when integrating with apple health. When I wear ring, I don’t wear my watch. I also delete any steps and kilometers counted by the phone from the health app by the end of the day.

Initial vibes are great and whispering in my cortex is to continue to feel very positive about this smart ring. Setup, installation and App update process was just kindergarten affair. My ring size arrived as size 11, that's what I ordered and fits exactly according for finger. App Rring is assists butter and honey, and is an absolute clockwork, supplying all necessary data information in a refresh. I streight away wore it for one hour of swimming pool session and was impressed by its performance. It did not sense the swimming strokes data as it's a smart ring, but calculated steps, calories and duration, though. It's materials are of great quality and designed to be a solid looking ring. It's HR and SPO2, readings are always near to accurate and sleep monitoring has not been tested as its still waiting my sleeping with it. Mine is a gold metal, and is very comfortable.

But it's an irrelevant difference. All monitoring really worked well. It is worth highlighting the one that the pressure that measures is stress and not blood pressure. Very fast shipping. The app is quickly configured and I like it that the app can connect to Apple’s Health app too. The measurements taken so far look good. What it does not do is measure blood pressure. On the other hand, there are many different sports that can be selected for exercise tracking. I like the design. It’s light and without sharp edges. I think this smart ring is excellent value for the money. I hope it will last longer than the SR300 smart ring, which unfortunately broke down after a few weeks of use. The wireless charging was the weak point. Finally the battery became impossible to charge.

The app is half mouth with the basics, I have not tested battery and its capacity. I tested it for 5HS and it lowered 5%. Measurement well needs both beats as O2 compared to an Apple Watch. Steps also hits with the AW. If there is a problem I will come back here in the comments and report. If it doesn't come back it's because everything is OK.
